See moreWe made campfire weenies last weekend and my friends were absolutely floored at such an invention. It got used a lot and we all had fun with it. The constructions seems fine. I don't know how long this thing will last at the campground. It's plastic and has batteries. I don't know if it's waterproof or not, but I don't think I would want to leave this outside overnight.
Setup is a snap- just screw the two pieces together, add batteries, and you're in business.
I would recommend this roasting stick to others!

The handle is very comfortable to hold and while it is heavier than a normal roasting stick, it isn’t too heavy to hold while roasting. It is a little on the expensive side, because it just spins on its own, but I haven’t seen anything like this so I would still get another.
I love that it separates into 2 pieces for easy storage, and I love the length of it.

It breaks down and goes back together easy and is built solid. Holds about anything you can stil on it and the backwards forks keep it in place. I’ve done dogs, sausage, chicken, fish, veggies and they all work great on it.

It's not because I'm lazy and can't turn a roasting stick, it's because I get wrapped up in conversation and forget about moving the stick. Takes my full concentration to get it just right and now I don't have to worry about it! This is a quality stick that will live in the camp trailer!
